The Heavy Flounder nozzle is a flat, flounder-shaped bottom cleaning nozzle made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with a 1/2” thread, compatible with a wide range of high-pressure hoses.
Its design allows effective cleaning in pipes with diameters from 125 mm (4.92”) to 400 mm (15.75”).

Efficiency in Bottom Cleaning

This nozzle excels at removing debris from pipe bottoms thanks to its four rear M6 jets angled at 5º. These jets are strategically placed to maximize dragging of sediment and accumulated dirt.
It operates with a water flow starting at 80 liters per minute (21.1 GPM), ensuring optimal performance.

Advantages of the Optional Swivel

The optional swivel is a highly recommended feature for the Heavy Flounder. This accessory allows the hose to rotate without turning the nozzle, keeping it parallel to the ground. This ensures uniform and effective cleaning of the pipe bottom, maximizing functionality.
